Treatments will be a large part of your therapy, but you’ll also begin to notice triggers for your condition—things that seem to set off a worsening of symptoms or even flares.

Though you will have your own unique reactions to your environment, there are a few fairly universal irritants and management techniques to keep in mind as you work to manage your psoriasis effectively.
